Theatre Practitioner – RGN / ODP | Lyca Health Orpington

Are you an experienced and patient-focused Theatre Practitioner looking to work in a supportive environment where your development matters?

At Lyca Health we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join us in delivering the highest standards of perioperative care.

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday and Saturday.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert care
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging
• Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
• Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration
• Post-registration experience in a theatre setting (NHS or private)
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and enthusiasm for learning
