The time has come! We are thrilled to announce that you can now book your LycaHealth GP and Physiotherapy appointments online through our live online booking portal. You can access the genuine appointment availability in real time, any time of the day.

How does the online booking system work?

The online booking system allows you to see daily private GP and Physiotherapy appointments available at your preferred Lyca Health clinic – Canary Wharf or Orpington. This can be accessed from any device that is connected to the internet, at any time, in any place – whether that is at home, at work, or on the train.

To book your appointment, you will follow this process;

• Step 1 – Go to our ‘book a GP appointment’ page.
• Step 2 – Choose your preferred clinic branch by selecting either Canary Wharf or Orpington.
• Step 3 – Select your desired type of service (GP or Physiotherapy) and the length of appointment time (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes).
• Step 4 – Pick your appointment date and time from the available slots shown in the table.
• Step 5 – Confirm your booking by entering a few personal details like your name, email and mobile number.

Following these steps, you will be sent a confirmation message of your appointment by email or text. No payment is required to book and no credit card details will be taken by our online booking system – payment is taken at the time of your appointment.

Do I need to be a patient to use the online GP booking service?

No, you do not need to be a registered patient to use this service. Anyone can book an appointment at Lyca Health.

Can I book same-day appointments on the system?

It is possible to book same-day appointments through the system if there is any confirmed availability. You can book an appointment and be seen in as little as 15 minutes.

Can I use my private health insurance to cover my appointment cost?

For anyone wishing to make a claim with their private health insurer, we can provide assistance and documentation, but you should always check eligibility with your insurer beforehand.
