Dr Maadh Aldouri is an experienced Consultant Haematologist with extensive expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of haematological disorders. He led Haematology Services at Medway Maritime Hospital from 1999 to 2022 and also holds regular clinical sessions at King’s College Hospital.

Dr Aldouri has significant experience in the management of haematological malignancies, as well as the investigation and treatment of anaemia and disorders affecting white cells and platelets. He also specialises in the management of thrombotic conditions and complex clotting disorders.

He works in line with national guidelines and presents cases at regional multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure patients receive evidence based, collaborative care. Dr Aldouri performs bone marrow examinations for diagnostic and follow up purposes and can arrange private chemotherapy treatment when clinically indicated. He also carries out venesection for the management of polycythaemia and iron overload, including hereditary haemochromatosis.
