Ms Laila Cunin

Ms Laila Cunin is a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at King’s College NHS Foundation Trust, based at the Princess Royal University Hospital. She also sees private patients at KIMS Hospital and LycaHealth Orpington.

Ms Cunin graduated from Imperial College London in 2011 and completed her higher surgical training in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region. She went on to undertake a fellowship at University College London Hospital, where she developed her specialist expertise in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and complex abdominal wall reconstruction for incisional herniae.

She is an Advanced Trauma and Life Support instructor and a Fellow of the Emerging Leaders Programme at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dedicated to education and patient care, Ms Cunin is actively involved in surgical training and is a passionate advocate for her patients.
