Vestibular Physiotherapist

Kulvinder is a Highly Specialised physiotherapist with extensive experience in the treatment of complex Vestibular disorders, Neurological conditions and Balance. She established a new adult vestibular service in 2007 within the NHS, delivering vestibular rehabilitation and has worked in adult neurology for 25 years. She assists in designing ENT referral pathways in conjunction with ENT consultants to ensure appropriate and prompt referrals to specialist physiotherapy services. She has been the Clinical Lead for Vestibular rehabilitation in the NHS for 20 years providing support and training to an exemplary level.

She was an Executive member of Association of Chartered Physiotherapists interested in Vestibular rehabilitation (ACPIVR) from 2007 – 2014 raising awareness, teaching and learning of the latest evidence-based practice in Vestibular rehabilitation.

Kulvinder provides private physiotherapy for those with a diverse range of Balance and Neurological conditions in both outpatients and in the home setting. She has specialised knowledge in Neurological rehabilitation completing her Master’s at Brunel University with the dissertation being published in 2019. She was invited to present her research on a global stage at the World Confederation of Physical Therapy (WCPT) 2017 in Cape Town and remains an abstract reviewer for WCPT. She has recently set up a Paediatric Concussion and Dizziness service in 2019 and works as a specialist at the Wellington Hospital, London.
