Steven Millington is a consultant orthopaedic and trauma Surgeon at Barts Health NHS Trust and he is leading the development of the trust’s new dedicated orthopaedic centre. He works at the Royal London Hospital and Newham University Hospital, where he is the clinical lead for the trauma & orthopaedic department. He specialises in hip and knee replacement as well as arthroscopic knee surgery, musculoskeletal tumour surgery and general orthopaedic trauma.

Steven graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1998 and became a consultant in 2012. He speaks fluent German and has a strong understanding of the needs of injured sports men and women as he played competitive rugby at elite level.
