Dr. Guy Benison-Horner is a dedicated General Practitioner specialising in longevity and preventative healthcare. A 2018 Manchester Medical School graduate, he completed his GP training in 2023 and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Genomic Medicine. Guy strongly believes in proactive healthcare, advocating for a shift away from reactive medicine that waits for disease to strike. He channels his passion for exercise physiology into helping patients optimise their healthspan. Outside the clinic, Guy is a devoted husband and father, currently training for a Half Ironman. He is committed to bringing evidence-based, preventative medical excellence to the KIMS Hospital community.
