LycaHealth is pleased to announce that we are now offering video consultation services, allowing you to speak to a doctor online. Get access to same-day appointments for some of our in-clinic services, starting from just £55. No download or installation is required, just simple online access to healthcare services when you need them most.

In light of recent circumstances surrounding COVID-19, it has made it increasingly difficult for people to access their usual healthcare services. To adapt to this, we are now offering a video consultation service, providing you with convenient, same-day and safe access to healthcare. Doing so will help to reduce visits to our clinic, enabling you to keep yourself and our team safe with as little personal contact as possible.

Rest assured that we will still uphold the highest levels of patient care, we will just be delivering it in a slightly different way. We strongly believe that everybody has the right to access high-quality healthcare, even under challenging circumstances.

How Our Video Consultations Work…

Using our Video Consultation service couldn’t be easier! Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘Book Appointment’ on the side, or top of this page.
  2. Choose the service you are looking for a consultation for.
  3. You will then be redirected to our external booking platform, simply choose the clinic, the length of appointment, and select the time for your call from the available slots.
  4. Following this, you will be asked to enter your personal details to secure your slot.
  5. You will receive a text message to confirm your appointment.

On the day of your appointment:

  1. You will receive a text with your video consultation link. Please note, you will need to provide your date of birth in order to access your video conference page.
  2. At the time of your appointment, you will be able to see your doctor has securely linked to the call.

You will receive the link to your consultation by text message, on the day of your appointment.

Yes you can, this can be requested at the booking stage, and the appointment can then take place over a phone call.

We have a standard cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a full charge will be taken.

No, from a safeguarding point view, unless they are with a parent or guardian at the appointment.
