Mr Anil Prasanna is a highly experienced, fellowship trained Orthopaedic and Trauma surgeon with sub speciality interest in Foot and Ankle surgery. He graduated as a doctor in 2005 and completed specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2010 at the Medical University Sofia. He has been on the GMC specialist register since 2012.
Mr Prasanna is a triple fellowship trained in Foot and Ankle surgeon. He has completed British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society accredited Windsor Foot and Ankle fellowship, Post CCT Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Stepping Hill Hospital and Lister Hospital. He has worked in various roles in the NHS since 2012.
His specialisms include the conservative and surgical management of all range of foot and ankle conditions and Sports injuries, Including complex bunion surgery, foot and ankle arthritis – fusion and replacement surgery, Achilles tendon rupture and disorders, Heel pain – Plantar fasciitis, Adult Flat foot / High arched foot treatment, Arthroscopic surgery (key hole surgery) for Cartilage defects in foot and ankle, toe nail surgery and all aspects of sports injuries in the foot and ankle.
