Bupa Health Clinic Lead

Job Summary:

LycaHealth is a dynamic and growing outpatient, diagnostic and treatment centre in South London and we are recruiting.   We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic senior administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our LycaHealth Orpington team as a BUPA Health Clinic Lead.

Our LycaHealth Orpington team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community, across to a full range of clinical specialties including orthopaedics, dermatology, gynaecology, breast and more.

As a BUPA Health Clinic Lead you will be responsible for the day to day administration and operational functions of the BUPA Health Clinics and act as the lead point of contract for the BUPA Doctors and Health Advisors.  This role is a hands-on developing role and is ideal for someone who is looking to move forward in their administrative career. As the service grows you will develop and lead the BUPA team.

You will be a strong administrator with excellent service co-ordination skills and experience in presenting data to senior stakeholder both accurately and confidently.

This role is a part-time role with the days to be confirmed.  There is also an opportunity for the role to develop with more hours as the service grows.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit
  • Ensure letters regarding recent visits are dispatched accurately and within designated timeframes
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Act as a chaperone for customers where necessary
  • Conduct Quality Audits
  • Produce and present Service KPI’s to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all risks are managed within clinics in line with relevant risk assessments and clinical guidance

Person Specification:

  • Extensive administrative and service co-ordination experience
  • Proven experience producing presenting data to senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience working in a health care setting and growing a new service are desirable but not essential.
