Mr Brennan is a fully trained consultant surgeon with a special interest in Upper GI and Laparoscopic Surgery, also known as key-hole surgery. Originally from Dublin, Mr Brennan trained in Scotland and now practices in London. During his higher-surgical training he was trained by some of Scotland’s leading surgical experts.
After his higher-surgery training, he spent a period of further training at the internationally recognised centre of excellence for upper GI and laparoscopic surgery in the MATTU centre in Guildford. He has also completed further brief fellowship periods in Melbourne and South Africa. He recently completed ‘operation hernia’ missions to rural Africa.
His main areas of expertise are gallbladder surgery and laparoscopic hernia repairs. He is proficient in both upper and lower GI endoscopy.
