Rosario Marco De Vito prioritises patient wellbeing which is why he always looks to expand his knowledge and continuously stay up to date. He recently attended “Visceral manipulation” at the Barrall’s Institute saying “as my practise developed, I have become more aware of the necessity of looking at all the different aspects that make up movement and performance to understand the function and the effect of injuries on each client’s lifestyle. This course helped me develop a stronger understanding of how organs such as the liver, colon, and stomach can play a vital part in the mechanics of the human body.”
Specialist areas of interest:
Of the most challenging injury Rosario Marco has treated he says “I have found that the greatest challenges often offer the greatest opportunity for learning and improving, both professionally and personally. I have initially found it difficult working with terminally ill patients since symptoms can so quickly change and affect the quality of life.”
Rosario Marco strongly believes a good physiotherapist is someone who can listen to patients without preconceived ideas and understands and respects the trust patients place in his profession and advises all of his patients to prioritise their own health and well-being.
