Monika is a Specialist Gastroenterology and Eating Disorders Dietitian with a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her areas of specialist areas of interest include:
Gut health and dietary intolerances: Dietary counselling for irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, food intolerances, bile acid malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and eosinophilic oesophagitis.
Women’s health: The role of diet in fertility, hypothalamic amenorrhea (no periods) and PCOS.
Disordered eating and body image counselling: Supporting individuals to recover from disordered eating, and the backlash of chronic dieting, as well as improving their relationship with food and their bodies.
