Sarah Davies

Sports Physician



Sarah Davies specialises in sports medicine and is based at St George’s Hospital in London. She began working in sport and exercise medicine in 2005 when she went to Africa to provide medical support for an expedition with Ray Mears. She worked as a sports physician at the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics in London and she looked after the Paralympian Richard Whitehead in 2013 when he ran 40 marathons in 40 days. Sarah believes exercise is essential for health and can prevent and treat many medical conditions. She has a masters in acting from the London Central School of Speech and Drama and specialises in performing arts medicine – treating performers and their injuries.
