Sanjeev Bassi qualified as a doctor in Manchester before training in neurosurgery in Nottingham after gaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons England. He also undertook fellowships in Paris and New York where he focused on paediatric and craniofacial neurosurgery. Sanjeev is now a consultant in adult and paediatric neurosurgery at King’s College Hospital. He operates on both the head and the spine and his patients are both adults and children. He has significant expertise in operating on patients with brain tumours, hydrocephalus, spinal tumours, spina bifida and spasticity (Baclofen Pumps).
